CleanClip (including services provided by the App and other products, hereinafter referred to as "Products and Services") is developed and operated by Nanjing Zuimeijia Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Ensuring the security of user data and privacy protection is our top priority. About the data generated during the use of the application:

• Your copy records are only stored locally on the device
• If you choose to enable the iCloud synchronization feature, these records will only be synchronized between your devices through Apple's iCloud service
• We will not upload these data to any other server
• You can enable or disable the iCloud synchronization feature in the application settings at any time
• All data can be completely deleted by uninstalling the application

About the network usage of the application, we provide a complete network connection description to ensure full transparency.

1.4 Affiliate attribution

When you arrive through an affiliate link or use related referral pages, the TheAffs Affiliate SDK may store affiliate, click, visitor, source, and sub-partner identifiers in cookies scoped to cleanclip.cc. Your browser sends these cookies with matching requests to cleanclip.cc and its checkout subdomains so that an order can be attributed. These identifiers do not include clipboard content.

1.5 Website analytics and revenue attribution

When you visit cleanclip.cc or its pricing and checkout subdomains, DataFast processes page views, referral and campaign parameters, device/browser information, and selected product interactions such as viewing pricing, starting a download, opening a FAQ, contacting sales, or starting checkout. DataFast stores visitor and session identifiers in cookies scoped to cleanclip.cc. These identifiers may be copied into Stripe Checkout metadata so that a successful payment can be attributed to the website journey that preceded it. DataFast does not receive clipboard content.

Besides the information explicitly listed above, we will not collect any other personal information.

2. How we store and protect your personal information

As a general rule, we only retain your personal information for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of information collection. We will retain your personal information for the strictly necessary time for managing the relationship between you and us (for example, when you open an account or obtain services from our products). For the purpose of complying with legal obligations or proving certain rights or contractual statute of limitations requirements, we may need to retain your archived personal information after the above-mentioned period expires and cannot be deleted upon your request. When your personal information is no longer necessary for our legal obligations or the purposes or archives corresponding to the statutory time limit, we ensure that it is completely deleted or anonymized.

We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. We limit third-party processing to what is needed to provide the service:

• Stripe processes payment and checkout information.
• TheAffs processes affiliate attribution identifiers used to associate referrals with orders.
• DataFast processes website analytics, conversion events, and revenue attribution identifiers.

None of these services receives clipboard content from CleanClip.

We handle personal information under applicable data protection laws. We may also share, transfer, or disclose personal information where permitted or required by applicable law, subject to the relevant legal conditions and procedures, including in the following situations:

1. Directly related to national security and national defense security;

2. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
